SPA is in March , need to pay 5% by then. loan is approved.
NSGlobal After sales follow-up is poor, the sales guy seem like only interested to sell you more without any good services. Tat is my experience with them.

My loan also approved already. BLR - 2.4%, 90% Loan, 36 years.
