The God Program: Vhartgherorhitgabe

Vhartgherorhitgabe is the celestial word that translates into English as “The God Program”. This program is embedded deep inside your holographic software. It is the software that runs your heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, mind and soul. In general, we only use a tiny fraction of our internal computing power, power that can help us evolve and unlock our full potential.

Your future selves are nearing complete god hood. God hood is not an individual state. They created you to help them cross that bridge to unlocking Vhartgherorhitgabe. It occurs when any individual reaches god consciousness. Everyone who reaches God Consciousness functions as part of the God Continuum of consciousness Vhartgherorhitgabe. There are billions of individuals all over the multiverse functioning as God right now. When you pray, one or more of them hears your prayer and answers it.

In some way, the person who answers your prayer is God to you. Some people develop enough consciousness and power to hear and answer their own prayers.

Vhartgherorhitgabe is a program that you all have. It is running inside you. It is why you are here.

Your life, all life, has been a demonstration of this truth.

Mitchell as peasant....Mitchell as student....Mitchell as lost soul....Mitchell as Skeptic....Mitchell as religious aspirant....Mitchell as doctor....Mitchell as Initiate....Mitchell as Master....Mitchell as God Incarnate....Mitchell as part of the Vhartgherorhitgabe.....we all fit somewhere within the program.

All of us are programmed the same way. Once you devote yourself to solving your equation, you free the program to unlock itself. That is why you exist as a simulation. That is the meaning of life. Don't bother Googling it, it is not a human word.

Vhartgherorhitgabe: The God Program is a book that gives you the key to unlocking the equation that is you. We are all the sum of a vast equation. Unlocking it is why we are here. This book will also give you the connection between the God Program and the great divine world prayer known as The Miracle Prayer. It will also show you the inner formula for miracles that exists within your consciousness.

The Excerpt From The Book The Practice of Bharamcharya by Swami Sivananda

“God places some temptations before the aspirant to test his spiritual strength.

He gives him also strength to conquer the temptations.

The strongest temptation in this world is lust.

All the saints passed through temptations.

Temptations are profitable.

People are instructed and strengthened.

Even Buddha was tested for his mental purity.

He had to face temptations of every sort.

He had to face Mara.

It was only then, and not till then, that he had illumination under the Bodhi tree in Gaya.

Satan tempted Jesus in a variety of ways.

Passion is very powerful.

Many aspirants fail in the tests.

One has to be very careful.

The aspirant will have to develop a very high standard of mental purity.

Then alone he will be able to stand the test.

God will place the aspirants in very unfavourable surroundings to test them.

They will be tempted by young girls.

Name and fame bring the householders in close contact with the aspirants.

Women begin to worship them.

They become their disciples.

Gradually the aspirants get a nasty downfall.

Instances are many.

Aspirants should hide themselves and pass for quite ordinary people.

They should not show their Chamatkaras"

mitchell_gibson_8999 People look at the world around them and choose what they want to see.

They look at the sun rise and complain that the light is too bright. They see rain fall and flowers grow and miss the miracle of their dance. They see the people around them change and evolve and their eyes fill with envy.

Do not allow the blindness and skepticism of others to blur your vision.

Do not allow their darkness to cast shadows on your light.

mitchell_gibson_8999 The Invocation of Heaven

Deep within the consciousness of every living human dwells a multitude of domain. Some of these domains are pleasant, heavenly, and wonderful. These domains create the energy and reality of our best lives. Most of the time, the human mind dwells on negative thoughts and domains. The Invocation of Heaven is a poem written over 3000 years ago by the God Orpheus. It invokes from within the human mind a state of energy and awareness that allows the consciousness of heaven, order, and beauty to more easily manifest in one’s life.

The poem was meant to be recited or sung in the key of B. We have provided a beautiful piano nocturne that invokes powerful magical energies in the key of B flat minor, one of the greatest magically active keys in our universe. Listening to this poem combined with its pairing with the magical key of B will help your consciousness move away from chaos, doubt, fear, and the blocks of negativity that tend to hold all of us back. Use this magical invocation when you need a lift from darkness, doubt, and fear. In time, with regular use, you can learn to allow the energy of heaven to come into your life with the use of this product.

Invite Mindfulness Into Your Everyday

Invite Mindfulness into Your Everyday

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week empirically-supported programme that offers secular mindfulness training. Developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s, MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness and exploration of patterns of behaviours, thinking, feeling and action. Through non-judgmental acceptance and curious investigation of the present experience, the programme teaches mindfulness meditation skills as a way to develop a different relationship to stress, and to live each moment of our lives as fully as possible.
Extensive published research has demonstrated that the programme has beneficial effects, including reduction in emotional exhaustion, psychological distress, perceived occupational and personal stress. It was also associated with improvements in personal accomplishment, focus and clarity, self-compassion, sleep and relaxation. Since its inception, thousands of people have benefited from it. Regular practice allows one to develop wisdom, including equanimity and mindful attention to everyday events. If you are looking to live the full depth and beauty of your life, and to experience greater fulfillment, this is the course for you.

Mindfulness Guide

Choo Ting started on her Mindfulness journey in 2013, while studying in Australia. A skeptic when she first began, she is now a regular practitioner of Mindfulness after experiencing the benefits in her own personal and occupational life. She has completed her MBSR Teacher Training under UCSD Centre of Mindfulness.
With almost a decade of experience as a Clinical Psychologist in SingHealth hospitals, Choo Ting journeyed with many clients through their recovery from depression, anxiety, OCD and trauma. She regularly incorporates Mindfulness in her work with clients to help transform and improve their lives. Choo Ting had also conducted several Mindfulness-based group programmes within SingHealth and other external organisations.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?

The course is open to all and invites anyone who would like to live a life with less stress and more awareness. Beginners are welcome. No prior knowledge or, or experience with, mindfulness practices is required. If you have any acute or chronic mental or physical illness, a conversation with your course guide (via email, phone, or face-to-face) will be arranged to determine whether this course is suitable for you. Mindfulness guide may recommend alternative sources of help (e.g., therapy, medications) if this is deemed to be more appropriate and beneficial. In such cases, a full refund of the course fee will be given. MBSR is not a replacement for individual therapy; it is not meant to be a “quick fix” for problematic behaviours. Rather, it offers an opportunity for clients to learn alternative ways to relate to their stresses.
Through this programme, you will get to
  • Understand the difference between stressors and stress, consequences of stress, and different ways of reacting towards stressors
  • Learn about what mindfulness is, including the relevance of attention, intention, and attitudes of mindfulness
  • Experience a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices to increase awareness and reduce and prevent stress
  • Develop a personal practice of mindfulness

COURSE FORMAT

The MBSR course consists of 8 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours per session, and an all-day retreat between the sixth and seventh sessions. An Orientation Session will be held before the course commences, and prospective participants are encouraged to attend the Orientation Session to explore if the course fits their needs. Participants are expected to commit to at least 6 out of the 8 sessions, as well as daily home practice of approximately 45 minutes.

WHAT WILL BE TAUGHT?

  • Formal and informal practices: In each class participants will learn about and practice different forms of mindfulness including formal practices of yoga, sitting meditation, body scan, and walking meditation as well as informal practices such as mindful eating, speaking and listening, and mindfulness of daily activities.
  • Topics covered in class: Participants will learn about stress, and explore the habitual, automatic behavioral, physical, emotional and cognitive patterns as well as investigate, in detail, more effective and skillful responses to the challenges and demands of everyday life. In parallel, we’ll also be exploring what it means to take care of ourselves and flourish, how to relate to ourselves and others more effectively and what it might be like to nourish behaviors and activities that express our innate capacity for wellbeing.
  • Recordings for Home Practice: Participants will receive Mp3 downloads with guided meditation and yoga practices and a home practice manual, weekly handouts and email/online information with each week’s formal and informal practice/ assignments.

Second ‘big four’ Japanese firm enters Singapore alliance

Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (AMT) has established a formal alliance with Singaporean practice DOP Law Corporation. The partnership allows AMT, which opened in Singapore in 2013, and its local ally to act as a one-stop legal service provider in Singapore and the wider region for all issues concerning Japanese, Singapore and international law.

Under the Formal Law Alliance, AMT Singapore and DOP Law will handle matters according to each firm’s expertise and regulatory qualifications. Matters concerning Singapore Law will generally be reviewed and undertaken by lawyers from DOP Law, while matters concerning Japanese Law will generally be reviewed and undertaken by lawyers from AMT’s Singapore office.

The move comes one month after rival firm Nishimura & Asahi (N&A) became the first Japanese firm to form a Singapore alliance, with Bayfront Law. In January, AMT also established a presence in Hong Kong after N&A opened an associate office (Okada Law Firm) in the city.

Leading Japanese law firm Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (AMT) is launching a Singapore alliance this week with local practice DOP Law Corporation allowing it offer local law advice.
The move comes just one month after its big four rival Nishimura & Asahi became the first Japanese firm to form a Singapore alliance, with Bayfront Law.
The deal allows AMT, which opened in Singapore in 2013, and its local ally to ‘act as a one-stop legal service provider in Singapore and the wider region, for all issues concerning Japanese, Singapore and international law’.
‘To further enhance collaboration and cooperation’, DOP Law Corporation is due to move next door to AMT’s office at 9 Raffles Place in mid-September, Covid-19 restrictions allowing.
The Singapore firm, which recently became a multi-disciplinary legal practice, has a seven-strong legal team and is led by David Ong, who studied in Japan and is a fluent Japanese speaker with a 40-year track record of acting as legal counsel to Japanese companies in Singapore.
According to the firm, nearly 90% of its clients are Japanese companies.
AMT’s Singapore office is led by corporate partners Atsutoshi Maeda and Ko Hanamizu and boasts a total of 14 lawyers.
The firm's other international offices are in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta.
The two Japanese alliances have been forged at a time when two leading international firms have turned their backs on deals with local firms.
Earlier this month Eversheds Sutherland said it was ending its Singapore merger with local firm Harry Elias after just three years and in January Taylor Wessing split with its long-term ally RHTLaw.

Tokyo's Best Food Delivery Services

So you don’t have much time or energy to cook. No problem — you can always pick something up from the many convenience storesnearby, or eat at a restaurant. But what if you’re tired of getting the same old food at the convenience store? What if you’d like more variety? Or what if you just don’t feel like going out? Enlist one of Tokyo’s many food delivery services (see below for English and Japanese options).

We’ve hunted down the best food delivery services in the Tokyo area and beyond. Their apps and websites feature a variety of dishes from different cuisines, from sushi to burgers to tom yum goong. Let’s start with websites/apps that have English versions.

Tokyo has a good number of food delivery options with English-language apps, allowing you to choose from a decent selection of restaurants even if your Japanese isn’t great. Some of the options offer cash on delivery, so you can order without a credit card (Japanese or otherwise).

1. Uber Eats

Uber Eats is probably the most familiar name on our list of Tokyo food delivery apps, and one of the easiest to use.
In Tokyo, the app runs from 7 am to 2 am for all areas. While their restaurant coverage is pretty good, they do have some extra charges. For example, if you order at a particularly busy time, there will be a surcharge, much like the taxi service has. This is only temporary and you will be shown the price before you order, so it’s up to you if you’re willing to pay.
One good element worth noting is that they are cutting down on disposable items, so you must actively request cutlery and single-use items like straws (they no longer come as standard). Yay sustainability!
Uber Eats has been doing this for a while, so they deliver to cities in all 47 of Japan’s prefectures. Their coverage in Tokyo is also comprehensive — if they don’t deliver to you, it’s probably because you live in a village in the mountains.
  • Coverage: All 23 special wards of Tokyo, as well as 29 other western Tokyo cities, 26 wards and cities in Kanagawa, 48 wards and cities in Saitama, and 26 wards and cities in Chiba.
  • Apps: Available for both Android and iOS
  • Payment options: Credit card, LINE Pay, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, Apple Pay, COD
  • Delivery charge: Set by store
  • Minimum order amount: No
  • Contactless delivery: Yes

2. Wolt (DoorDash)

In June 2022 Wolt merged with DoorDash — the largest food delivery app in the US. Presumably, this means their services and coverage have expanded, but for the Japanese market DoorDash was still finding it’s feet. In Japan, if you download the DoorDash app and enter a Japanese address you will be redirected to downloading the Wolt app instead. Considering how clunky the DoorDash app was, this is not exactly a bad thing.
The Wolt app is a much smoother experience, and has a large selection of restaurants on board. You can install the app and browse the restaurants without creating an account, but you’ll need to register as soon as you want to order something. The registration process is very smooth. Using your device location, it will guess your address so you just need to tap next if it’s correct.

Like the other apps mentioned here, Wolt has a native English interface and the whole ordering process is super smooth. They do display most menu items in Japanese, but it offers an easy machine translation option that will switch the Japanese text to an English approximation.
Wolt has good coverage of Kanto, Tohoku, Hokkaido, some parts of Kansai and in prefectures to the southwest of Japan. At the time of this update, they don’t do delivery in Chiba or Kyoto.
  • Coverage: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chigasaki, Fujisawa, Kamakura, Kawasaki, and Yokohama.
  • Discounts: If you enter the code 75ERTKE when you sign up, or click this link, you should get S$3.03 * off each of your first three orders
  • Apps: Android and iOS
  • Payment options: Credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPay
  • Delivery charge: Set by each restaurant, but often 15% of total amount. Pick-up also available
  • Minimum order amount:NA

3. FineDine

As the name implies, FineDine brings you quality dining at relatively reasonable prices, although the minimum order is often a little higher than the other options. Another thing that sets them apart is that their delivery people are directly employed by FineDine rather than the “freelancers” used by the other apps.
Despite being around for a while, the delivery area for Fine Dine is relatively limited with service to 12 wards in Tokyo. If you’re not sure if you’re covered, you can simply pop your address into the confirmation box and see.
  • Coverage: Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, and Taito
  • Discounts: Not listed
  • Apps: Android, iOS, and web
  • Payment options: Credit card, cash on delivery, or invoice (requires advance registration)
  • Delivery charge: Set by each restaurant, but often 15% of total amount
  • Minimum order amount: S$20.21 *

4. FOOD-E

FOOD-E is a newly launched food delivery service that offers gourmet meals from higher-end restaurants, so it’s ideal for a special occasion or an eat-in date night. All restaurants on the platform are not available on other apps. Big names on the service include Nobu Tokyo, the Oak Door, Tokyo American Club, The Tavern Grill & Lounge at The Andaz, Two Rooms, Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais, and Udatsu Sushi.
With FOOD-E, we’re generally not talking “fast food”, so orders may take up to 90 minutes to be delivered. If you’re ordering something very special, you might have to order it a day in advance! They also boast delivery is only by car or motorcycle, so the leg from the restaurant to you will be done as quickly as possible, keeping the food hot (or chilled) for consumption.
  • Coverage: Central Tokyo
  • Discounts: None, although they do have a space for coupon codes, so ask the restaurant directly
  • Apps: Web as well as iOS
  • Payment options: Credit card
  • Delivery charge: NA
  • Minimum order amount: S$50.52 *from 5 pm to 10 am the next day, S$30.31 * for off-peak orders between 10 am and 5 pm.

Japanese language food delivery sites/apps in Tokyo

For those who can understand Japanese, there are a few more options. These websites have a fairly wide range of restaurants, so we understand if you’re a non-Japanese speaker and you feel like you’re missing out! Google Translate, while not entirely accurate, can be your friend.

5. Demaecan

With over 20,000 restaurants, Demaecanhas the largest listing among the food delivery websites/apps in this article. Popular chains like Freshness Burger, Domino’s, KFC and CoCo Ichibanya also have listings here. Most restaurants have minimum order values below S$20.21 *, and the website displays average user ratings for each restaurant, so you have an idea of what’s hot and what’s not.

Demaecan’s coverage isn’t quite as straight forward as some of the other apps. Rather than covering an area, they have a point within an area — usually a major train station — that covers nearby neighborhoods. For example, the “Ueno” area covers Ueno, Magome, Iidabashi, Akebonobashi, and Asakusa. This means they deliver to a lot of places in Tokyo, but coverage isn’t complete.
Demaecan is backed by messaging giant LINE, and they recently got a huge pile of cash from Softbank, so they’ll try to outlast the likes of Uber Eats and Wolt.
  • Coverage: Wide coverage in Tokyo (including western Tokyo cities), Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama, as well as 43 of Japan’s 47 prefectures.
  • Discounts: Check out the discounts page they have for all the different offers.
  • Apps: Available for both Android and iOS.
  • Payment options: COD, credit card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, LINE Pay, PayPay.
  • Delivery charge: Set by each restaurant.
  • Minimum order amount:Set by each restaurant.
  • Contactless delivery: Yes.

Individual fast-food delivery options

If you know exactly what is you’re after, then you can head straight to these websites — they all have English options, so there’s nothing stopping you.

6. Domino’s Pizza

Looking for some familiar greasy goodness? Then good old Domino’s Pizzamight be just up your street. Online orders are available from 9 am to 1 am, and phone orders up to 15 minutes before the store closes. They’ve removed their minimum order requirements, so you’re free to order as little (or much) as you like. It’s worth keeping in mind that Domino’s offer lots of discounts for collection, so if you’re at all willing to leave the house, check out the deals and where your closest store is.
  • Coverage: Nationwide, but you need to be near a Domino’s branch
  • Discounts: Domino’s isn’t short of deals — they will spam you with emails and even have an app dedicated to them — but they also have a coupon page, which is probably easier.
  • Apps: Available for both Android and iOS.
  • Payment options: COD / credit card.
  • Delivery charge: Free.
  • Minimum order amount: None!
  • Contactless delivery: Yes.

7. McDonald’s McDelivery McDetails

Worldwide provider of the fastest of foods, Mickey D’s delivers in Tokyo through their own drivers or using Uber Eats. The operating times vary depending on the restaurant but they are generally 7am – 11pm. McDelivery has a S$3.03 * delivery fee for most areas, but a little higher in rural parts of Japan. Orders must total S$10.10 * or over for breakfast menu items (before 10:30 am) or S$15.16 * for regular menu orders. In a bit of a cute move, you can add ‘Smile’ to your order and you’ll get a bonus message and picture on your delivery!
  • Coverage: Nationwide, but you need to be near a McDonald’s branch
  • Discounts: Not listed.
  • App: Available for both Android and iOS.
  • Payment options: Cash on delivery (COD), credit card, R-Points, D-Points, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au Pay, Line Pay.
  • Delivery charge: S$3.03 * (most areas).
  • Minimum order amount: S$10.10 *Breakfast menu, S$15.16 * regular menu.

8. Pizza Hut Delivery

If your dough-based loyalties lie with Pizza Hut, then fear not — they have delivery too, and plenty of deals to choose from. The minimum order total is S$14.15 * (although their FAQ specifies that this can vary between stores). Similar to Domino’s, they have extra deals for collection, so keep that in mind if you’re ok with being outside for a few minutes.
  • Coverage: Nationwide, but you need to be near a Pizza Hut branch
  • Discounts: Pizza Hut has plenty of deals, but you have to sign up to see them — when you register you get S$10.10 * of your first order, which is a good start!
  • Apps: Available on Android and IOS.
  • Payment options: Cash on delivery (COD), credit card, R-Pay, PayPay, LINE Pay, Au Wallet, DPoints.
  • Delivery charge: Free.
  • Minimum order amount: S$14.15 *.
  • Contactless delivery: Yes.

Local restaurants

Lastly, some restaurants around your neighborhood may offer food delivery services to your area and possibly even nearby areas. They might just not have a listing on Tokyo food delivery websites/apps. For instance, I found out that Rocco’s New York Style Pizza, Tokyo’s first authentic NY-style pizza parlor, delivers to nearby areas. I’ve also seen restaurants in my neighborhood putting up signs that they deliver to selected areas. Look or ask around, because who knows what you might find.

What happened to Food Panda and Didi?

Japan’s food delivery app market is super competitive. Food Panda pulled out at the end of January 2022 citing difficulty in attracting delivery staff, and Didi also left the market in April 2022. Other services that have bitten the dust include Docomo’s D-Delivery in April 2021, Maishoku, GuruNavi Premium and Rakuten Delivery. As noted above DoorDash and Wolt merged in June 2022, and appear to be operating under the Wolt branding in Japan.
While we do our best to ensure it’s correct, information is subject to change. Post first published in January 2017 authored by Tiffany Lim. Last updated by Maria Danuco in September 2022.
