Many of my Sporeans colleagues don't even want to discuse politics during lunch time because they don't want to get into trouble

Some even suspect that undercover agents are all over, ever ready to arrest anyone who is objectively critical of the govt. The fear factor is always around even though there is no reason to fear. No wonder they are successful in all areas except in HG and PP. Salutations to voters from there.

That is possible because some Singaporeans are just stupid. Others flatter themselves. They always suspect this and that when in actual fact, no one cares a shit about them. Fear and it is self fear.

Mahatir is right. There is equal opportunity for all races in Malaysia. We need to give chance to the Malays by virtue of our superior ability. eg. Man-U play a match with Geylang United, give 5 balls - isn't that equal opportunity???

totally agree!!! when i talk to my fren on singapore politics in the coffeshop, my fear is always there.even my frens too, they look around, look and look... me too look here and there and whisper to one another ' heh, be careful wait someone might hear us and 'bao dou ' us out!!!

we always fear that there are PAP secret agents around every corner to catch anti PAP citizens!!! i wonder if it's true???

Anti-PAP citizens commit what offence? If you plan to topple the PAP using other means other than GE, then be careful. Any anti-PAP bro from this forum kena arrested? No.

You are only of security interest if you hold a key position in a religious, clan, professional group etc and exert your influence to get them to vote opposition. But if you galvanise them to vote PAP, you may get your PBM or BBM.

Opposition politicians such as LTK, CST and even that clown GMS pose no threat to the PAP system. In fact they can be considered "useful idiots" as they are living proof for the PAP to claim Singapore is a democratic nation.

Many people got arrested, persecuted or exiled for political reasons. Nobody got their assets confisacted. Only drug trafficking, money laundering or criminally ill-gotten assets etc. would get confiscated. TLH and CSJ cases were defamation cases, though obviously political motivated. However, do you have to defame others to win elections? Don't others have the rights to sue you when they felt defame by you? A candidate trying to win an election or popular support to a cause is already politically motivated by definition, so don't blame others for political motivated retaliation.
