當高雄市長韓國瑜疑似以臉書「明志」不參選2020，郭董周日(3/31)臉書上PO出美國總統川普鼻貼臉和郭董說悄悄話的照片，特別標注「#選舉不能成為唯一的寄託」、「要和世界拼搏不容易大家一起做實事」，格外引人關注。愛戴愛送國旗帽、企業領導力有目共睹的郭董，當下成了2020最靈活的一步棋。
開臉書、開霸氣總裁郭董Line@帳號，3天粉絲突破15萬人，從今年1月31日起，鴻海董事長郭台銘展開了許多人生的第一次，在企業社交圈更引發熱議。接下來會不會開微博？會不會參選2020總統？不只所有民眾關心，說不定正在為「選或不選」天人交戰的不只韓國瑜，還包括郭台銘！企業界還有人繪聲繪影，把前行政院長張善政要和郭董來個「郭張配」描繪得活靈活現。
對一位「企業界的成吉思汗」來說，人生沒有什麼事情是不可能的，包括參選總統。舉凡年滿四十歲，在中華民國設籍十五年以上的人，都得申請登記為總統、副總統候選人。郭董選總統，Why not？
然而，郭台銘早已是台灣首富，也是全球電子代工組裝龍頭企業的領導人，能觸動郭董投入2020總統大選的起心動念，究竟是什麼？鬧騰一年多的中美貿易大戰及川普執政，也許是個中因素之一。
自川普一選上美國總統，台灣內部大力勸進郭董選總統的聲音，就從沒有斷過。做為川普當選總統後，第一位、且三度受邀進入白宮與川普會晤的台灣企業家，有時還會與川普直接熱線，接待規格之高，放眼全台歷屆總統，無人能及。
呼應川普一心推動「美國製造」、「讓美國再度偉大」，2017年7月，郭董不僅一出手就是100億美元，決定在美國威斯康辛投資8K十代面板廠；而且去年6月開工破土，川普更親自飛往與郭台銘一起開鏟，兩人互咬耳朵的親密互動備受國際關注。而下一支iPhone將由「中國製造」改為「美國製造」的傳聞，也不踁而走。
果不其然，消息一傳開，轟動國際。大陸國務院總理李克強頻頻造訪富士康，拜會郭台銘；2017年春，郭董趕在赴美前，決定加碼投資廣州610億人民幣，興建8K 10•5代面板廠！夾處於中美兩大強權之間，郭董和他的鴻海富士康帝國，衍然成了兩強經貿爭霸熱烈爭取的關鍵指標。然而，周旋在川普與習近平兩大強人之間，風光表面下，踏出的每一步都是戰戰競競。
在川普和習近平兩位國家領導人的面前，郭台銘的企業帝國再大，終究就是一家民營企業，一旦面臨中美貿易大戰這類全球貿易戰爭，中華民國政府能給鴻海、甚至其他面臨貿易戰的台灣企業，提供哪些來自國家力量的協助？當台灣企業在中美關稅壁壘上面臨實質損失，政府能給企業什麼樣保護？或法令稅制上的協作？
政府做的很有限，加上蔡政府當前的兩岸關係並不和諧，行政效率不彰，一度讓郭董氣得大表不滿「除非必要，盡量不想回台灣」！如果郭董能透過參選登大位，為在中美雙邊夾縫中求生存的台灣經濟產業，找到突破瓶頸點，對全台拼經濟，實質意義相當大。
此外，郭董在過去的四十年，將鴻海由一家資本額十萬元的路由器工廠，變身為年營收破四兆的企業帝國，成為蘋果當年賈伯斯、庫克最親密的合作夥伴，郭董領導的鴻海，是能為科技趨勢提供解決方案的「未來世界整合者」，包括智慧應用、工業雲大數據和工業互聯網等，郭董若真能贏得勝選，帶動台灣經濟產業全面升級，台灣可望成為真正的科技島，從而推動台灣第二次的經濟奇蹟。
然而，任何事都有一體兩面，郭董若真的「撩下去」參選，不等於也顯示，蘋果科技獨步全球引領風騷的風光時代已成過去，就連蘋果陣營領頭羊的鴻海郭董，都能抽身參與總統選舉，那麼失去紅蘋果的台灣代工產業鏈，未來又該何去何從？對台灣GDP衝擊有多大？政府的因應政策又有哪些？台灣產業的下一步又在哪裡?
不可否認，台灣抹黑扒糞、無中生有、顛倒是非的選舉文化，正是過去台灣民主20年所付出的代價，其中撲朔迷離的兩顆子彈事件，是總統選舉惡質文化的代表。從未經歷選舉洗禮的郭董，未來若投身參與總統大選，所有郭粉可能都要有最壞的心裡準備，因為大家心中的救世英雄，將因為與習近平和李克強的合照，變成「十惡不赦」的賣國賊，或冠以資匪企業，無端染黑染黃。
這是台灣實施總統直選以來，每一屆正副總統參選人，都必須付出的代價。

（中央社記者王承中台北1日電）鴻海董事長郭台銘代表藍營角逐2020總統大選傳聞不斷，前新北市長朱立倫今天表示，若郭台銘願意加入國民黨，也願意投入總統初選，這是很棒的事情，他非常歡迎。
2020總統大選，藍營提名人選始終是外界關注焦點，郭台銘日前在臉書成立官方粉絲團後，外界對「有意角逐2020年總統大選」的猜測從未斷過，郭台銘昨天又在臉書發文，提到「選舉不能成為唯一的寄託」，再度引發高度聯想。
朱立倫今天受訪表示，郭台銘目前還不是國民黨員，如果郭台銘願意加入國民黨，也願意投入總統初選，這是很棒的事情，他非常歡迎郭台銘加入國民黨。
對於與國民黨主席吳敦義的會面何時登場。朱立倫指出，他尊重吳敦義的時間，只要吳敦義方便，他隨時都可以。對於見面要談些什麼，他說，「最重要是要清楚表達，如果要徵召高雄市長韓國瑜就大方徵召，我們全力支持，如果要初選就公平初選，我全力以赴」。
朱立倫表示，韓國瑜是國民黨最重要的資產，包括他在內，很多人對韓國瑜都有期待，若黨中央要徵召韓國瑜，他全力支持。

如果要票選最近最紅的媒體名人，除了高雄市長韓國瑜，另一位應該就是鴻海董事長郭台銘。
從今年農曆年後，韓國瑜要不要選總統成為街頭巷尾最熱門話題，不過這個週末韓國瑜發了臉書說他要做滿四年市長，一下子讓「選總統」的焦點又轉移到鴻海董事長郭台銘身上。
鴻海股價爆量漲停
根據業界訊息，就在上週末，正崴精密（郭台銘弟弟郭台強的公司）某位董事就在在餐會宣布郭台銘即將宣布參選總統的消息，甚至有媒體宣稱，郭董過完清明節就會宣布選總統。
接著今（1）日股市開盤，鴻海挟著財報優於預期利多，強勢攻上漲停板80.8元，成交量168423萬張，創下近兩年來單日最大量。
這是鴻海睽違已久的一根長紅棒，鴻海股價也創下近5個月以來新高，隨著股價重新站上80元，鴻海市值也回到1.11兆元，超越台塑化，再度重回台股總市值亞軍寶座。鴻海股價率先表態，出現睽違已久的爆量漲停行情，這難道是為郭董的「總統行情」暖身？
郭台銘計畫選總統？
近幾個月來，郭台銘新聞確實不少，除了平常的媒體報導，郭台銘也開啟個人粉絲專頁、Line官方賬戶外，更是屢屢舉辦抽獎、每逢記者會必定直播，他儼然已經成為可以自己發光發熱的「自媒體」。
而郭台銘近期接二連三與現任高雄市長韓國瑜簽署MOU、香港「巧遇」的行程，更是被認為是在2020年總統大選作打算。面對越來越多的參選傳聞，郭台銘31日的臉書發文的最後，暗藏玄機表示，「選舉不能成為唯一的寄託要和世界拼搏不容易大家一起做實事」，引發眾人聯想。
身為第一個公開發聲指，國民黨決定徵召郭台銘擔任2020年總統大選候選人的文化大學競爭力研究中心主任杜紫宸，在接受媒體訪問時就表示，郭台銘的發言代表「他（郭董）沒有拒絕，還在考慮。」
以公開資訊計算，目前郭台銘粉絲團自1月底成立以來已經累積14萬個粉絲，其成立一週的LINE@也已經累積超過33萬個粉絲。
鴻海漲停、券商上調目標價
其實除了選總統傳聞，郭台銘的旗下鴻海集團最近陸續公布財報，成績也相當不錯。
其中上週五晚間鴻海公布財報，鴻海2018全年營收為5.29兆元、與2017年相比成長12.47％，歸屬母公司稅後淨利潤則為1290.65億元、與2017年相比減少6.9％，不過鴻海去年第4季毛利率為7％，是自2017年第1季（7.36％）以來的新高。
對此今日鴻海股價更是呈現漲停、上漲9.93％達80.8元，為鴻海近5個月以來股價的新高，市值也來到1.11兆元，重新反超市值第二的台塑化。多家券商，也多肯定鴻海此次發佈的財報，大和證券就表示肯定鴻海毛利表現，特別是去年iPhone銷售失利，鴻海仍展現強勁走勢。
另一外資券商匯豐也表示，鴻海上季毛利展現優於預期的復甦，看好後市鴻海毛利持續穩定並逐年走揚，「目前股價是絕佳買點」，並上調鴻海投資評級至買進，目標價由75元提高至93.5元。
工業富聯同日發財報
而在上週五，鴻海集團旗下轉型關鍵、在上海A股上市工業富聯也同步發布上市後的首份年報，2018年工業富聯營收為4153.7億人民幣，與2017年成長17.16%。歸屬母公司稅後淨利潤為169.02億人民幣，與2017年成長6.51％，今日工業富聯股價上漲5.9％，目前股價為15.61人民幣。
根據財報顯示，工業富聯以網通設備、雲端服務設備為其主要營收來源，財報也顯示工業富聯旗下已完成改造的關燈工廠（無人工廠）2018年營收為47.66億人民幣。財報表示通過關燈工廠改造，在網通設備的製程中，能在產能提升18%的情況下同步減少人力耗用84%，雲端設備事業群也通過工業互聯網，在每百萬人民幣營收製造費用降低11%，管理費用降低9%。
富邦投顧就表示，工業富聯受惠通信和5G基礎設施不斷擴張以及中美貿易緊張局勢，帶動通信網絡設備訂單增加，這迫使全球互聯網服務供應商（ISP）增加對富士康墨西哥工廠的訂單。
