1. Keeping dog in enclosed area can be quite smelly. Then got to be aware of fur that may choke the hdb drainage.

2. Got to send dog for training.

3. Golden retriever is quite docile and friendly in nature.

Basically, if the dog gets too irritating or noisy, I'll find the next opportunity to kill it and claim self defence. If the owner gets too much, I would consider killing him too if the opportunity to claim self defence arises.

Curiosity have also driven a lot of human to eat exotic food ..including cannibalism . and tasting of exotic food is also out of curiosity ...
