Not sure how true, I heard alcohol is natural antiseptic against cancer. However, too much of it may overload liver and kidneys, not to mention making the drinker drunk, do or say silly stuff.

True. Alcohol reduce risk of heart attack because it will bring up good cholesterol (HDL). Too much will do harm to liver.
So eat and drink moderate.

There're no PRC patients on the Singapore transplant waiting list. When PRCs need one, they go back to China and get one, cheaper, faster and better. Perhaps you can consider donating Kirin for research. They may figure out how to brew Chinese sake in Singapore.
