I'm sure many of those 80 men are considering a class action lawsuit against the OKT Tang Boon Thiew for commercial misrepresentation when he lied about the age of the girl on his website as 18 years old.

Sadly, not knowing the actual age of the girl at the time of sexual contact is no excuse under Statutory Rape Law in most countries... Those 80 men will be convicted one way or another. It's a matter of how severe or light their jail sentences and/or fines will be.

They can always try to recoup their legal defense costs by suing the OKT in a civil lawsuit. If they win, they can legally confiscate the pimp's assets to make him pay for his misdeed.

The main question will be: Does the pimp owns enough assets worthy enough for their lawyers to pursue? If the pimp is financially broke and there's not much assets to confiscate, then those other 79 men are really bad luck multiplied by 2.

Never admit in your police statement. You can always PG later. Endure the 48 hrs if necessary and once out, ask for advice and formulate strategy to tackle the allegation.
