This is an area where divisional IOs and patrolmen must be thorough in their investigation or advice given, action taken. This case isn't the first and neither will it be the last. It's an occupational hazard all IOs in land divisions have to confront. IN CID cases, the bomb already exploded. In divisional cases, out of 100 or 200 similar routine cases, one will explode.

SPF should be more diligent and have a good sense to access the situation, you think the current poodles now have? Poodles can ask the lady if she needs protection or stay away from the man, he can also warn the man about the consequences of rash behaviours and such.

Man charged with murder of woman in Jurong West

SINGAPORE: A 38-year-old man has been charged in court for the murder of a woman in Jurong West.

Lee Haw Ling Gabriel is believed to be the boyfriend of the 25-year-old woman found dead in a flat Saturday morning.

The woman was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

Neighbours told Channel NewsAsia that the flat is shared by several people and they heard a couple quarrelling on Saturday morning.

If convicted of murder, Lee faces the death penalty.

That one is perhaps the worst case. At least the curry case still not proven but Adrian Lim's case is quite fresh in my mind. Helpless innocent kids, tortured and rape before being murdered and he drank their blood. That is one effing sicko and I am glad he is dead.
