Those who donated a lot were the most affected. As you said before, Sam is also rewarding seniority over post count. I guess this is directed at those kopiuncle types who make lot of posts but little content.

I am surprised that Sam, who believes in competitiveness, is placing seniority in such high regard.

Contrary to the conventional belief, there are more PAPpies here than loonies after all, judging by the meteoric increase in points for Peppercrab in the span of a week. How should we position our bets?

I like this change. Doesn't reward those that post rubbish just to increase postcount to gain power.

The new changes do not award posts at all, rubbish or gems.

The 1000 bonus points for donation remain untouched. As 1000 points require 1 to 2 years to accumulate in the past and a lot more ( like double for most) under the new reputation system (should I say 2 to 5 years), donation is a relatively easier and faster way to achieve power than in the past. I am referring to normal forummers who post actively. Of course, for those who come in with no previous contribution to corner the forum using donation, the devaluation in power is 30 folds. The exchange of points between clones is harder now because of the reduction in power all round by 30 folds for all reputation points.

The donor points are now worth double non-donor points, an additional incentive to donate.

Infraction game is designed for the senior members who are mature, knowledgeable and just enough to mete out punishments for wrongdoings. But, our situation was an exploit of the system for one's power and 'gain' instead. No one empire can mimic another successfully ? I trow not. :p

Senior forummers here who are mature,knowledgeable, fair and just are justified to INFRACT AND METE OUT PUNISHMENTS to
recalcitrants and trolls in this forum.

But from what I can see, some seniors are not mature and wise enough to perform such duties. In fact, some of them are biased,immauture and even vindictive. The have the wrong perceptions,the wrong intent and therefore their actions are flawed.They often target the wrong forummers and stubbornly insist that they are right.

Two giant intellectuals here come to my mind. They are SRCOOBAL AND JW5. I don't have to say more. The way they preyed on Kopisai speaks volumes of their character here in this forum. Disgusting and cyber bullying...vindictive and unforgiving...intent to wipe out and exterminate kopisai at all cost by the word of disinformation or by the sword of mass culling.

I suspect he is targetting the kopiuncle/theblackhole/ilovesingapore types who post 50 trash messages a day and racked up power fast under the old system. Now such types cannot rack up power by simply posting a heap of rubbish daily.
