ISD power and duty is not defined by the ISA. This is not the Boy Scout of America.
The entire Act does not mention ISD, Internal Security Department or any body that looks or is remotely associated with an Intelligence Service.

ISD stands for Internal Security Department. Its power and duty are defined in ISA, Internal Security Act. You can go Google for it or ask a lawyer for it. The question that whether ISA overempowered ISD officers is irrelavant at law. You should vote for someone into power to reduce or reverse it if you think so. If you voted and still lost, shut the fuck up if you still believe in democracy and accept majority wins, not what you think or say wins.
