Figure this. A NWO is coming using electric cars and wealthy oil rich ME States will kill electric cars as the Arabs will buy the IP electric car technologies and bury it 1000ft down the dungeon.

So the elimination of ME States is necessay and started in 911 2000. A poor ME States will not threaten IP technologies grabed by Arabs.
