For once I agree with this guy -that our hawker centres and cafes are now a terrible dirty mess, depending on people to clear and clean their own tables.
However he should be asking the PAP why so many of our old folks still have to work as cleaners instead of enjoying their retirement?
This is one of the greatest failure of the present bunch of PAP ministers and mp's
