The main issue is people who attended the events were not Iswaran friends, relatives or lovers. They were all civil servants.

I know there are many PSA contractors such as Poh Tiong Choon, Poh San etc always invite PSA staff to go makan and dinner and those sleazy bars at Tanjong Pagar at loads of Philippines hostesses . Many people know that.
TNS director (before he was killed by his father in law) was a known character in PSA circle that frequently brought many PSA staffs (from very junior PSA staff to management level, mainly ops team) to Makan and drinks at Tanjong Pagar sleazy bar. Some of the PSA staff didn’t go home after drinking session and they stayed overnight at Amara Hotel. You know I know what they did in the room
