This is because the Garment is always asking for more pay, but when it comes to crunch time, they are totally helpless and not able to come up with any thing to help. So from their side is always input and no output (constipation) and from people side is always output and no input (Diarrhea). So base on the analogy, the Garment owe the people big time.

Every single million of souls on the ground are sweating and toiling days and nights to keep our economy going strong and yet we are depressed of salaries and these MIW robbers dig into our tax monies to serve themselves & their own family members without batting an eyelid. Who owe who now?! you think getting screwed by employers is so easy than cutting ribbons and waving hands.
