Perhaps Ang Mo Kio, Marine Parade and Punggol-Rasir Ris GRCs shed a division each bordering on Aljunied GRC, then a new GRC carved out of it. That can confuse WP whether to stand in "old" Aljunied or "new" Aljunied. Even WP stands in both, the priority and manpower are also stretched.

Following the verb "to be" is either perfect or continuous tense, neither present nor past tense. "Split" remains the same in all tenses; there's no such word as "splitted" or "splitten." "Split" in continuous tense is "splitting."
