My friend told me in Aesthetics there are 2 types of doctors.
1. the showy flamboyant in your face rich doctors who drive fast flashy cars and eat fancifood food -| the ones who run clinics at wheelock, paragon
2. The humble down to earth ones who do charity and pro-bono work | the rest

The second category does not exist. If you want to do charity and pro bono work there are plenty plenty other avenues to do so. Every aesthetic is in for a fast buck and life in the fast lane. I have no issues with that. What bugs me is they have no qualifications but hawk themselves as specialists and then people get hurt.
