affirmative no.in fact we are having a long drought. it couldn't be bird shit or rain because i am in deep tunnel

btw there is a huge downpour at sembawang area yesterday night.

no,the reservoirs did not dried up.the newspaper reported that million of cubic of newwater have been pumped into our reservoirs to maintain a safe level

Not very high chance for leak to reach a state where tunnel is filled. CTE is leaking since the day it was commissioned. It is still ok and lately there is better technical solution though not foolproof.
