It defeats the purpose of have a recreational jog if you're carrying knives, scissors, pepper pray canisters, guns etc. What do you think you're doing? Going for a full-pack army obstacle course or going for war? As for Golden Dragon fitness and reliability as bodyguard, it depends on whether he won or lost money that night.

Central Park in NY is one of safest and most beautiful place on earth to jog around. There're plenty of museums, cafes and smaller gardens, ponds etc. in it. I've brought my ex-GF for strolls when we were there. Some loafers hanging around there may look intimadating but they always wave hello or good morning to me.

I am fine..thanks...I will continue my lifestyle and not let one unpleasant incident scare me into a shell..exercise is a must to keep fit, attractive, healthy, strong and alert.
