Please, Tracy, surely you can't be that naive. A few days ago, 50 over chaps were rounded up at Toa Payoh. They were there for 'sin toke'. All arrested back to Cantonment. Maybe one will kena CLed. SS, triad, gambling and prostitution will never be eradicated. Suppressed at best.

There's no such thing as locals own and reign over all lands local. In SF Tenderloin and Chinatown, I'm foreigner but 呼风唤雨 too. The blacks and ABCs backed me.

I'd suggest lady joggers not to jog alone. Preferrably but not necessarily with a man escort but at least with another lady companion. Me and my wife go jogging occasionally like once or twice a month. I'd never allow her to go jogging alone. Stalkers always look for ladies who jog alone.

1. jog with spray and scissors in a bag takes the fun from jogging
2. with its propensity to discriminate against locals, will the SPF take this opportunity to charge me for carrying an offensive weapon?
3. if sway sway I have to do what you suggest and dont do a clean cut job, will i endanger myself??? he may turn violent and assault me further:(
