An SBS Transit bus service 51 rammed into a bus stop at Eunos Link, injuring 21 people.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force says six ambulances were used to sent the victims to hospitals.
15 were sent to Changi Hospital and the remaining six, who are children, were sent to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
One of the victims suffered head injuries and was semi-conscious, while the rest were reported to have light injuries.
In a statement, SBS Transit apologised for the incident and they are sending teams to the hospitals to ensure they are well taken care of.
SBS Transit is helping the police in their investigations.
