Read from the newspaper that MAS is allowing S$ to weaken against US$. Also, Malaysia has attracted a lot of of foreign investment and that will drive up the demand for RM. Taken together, I'm afraid the exchange rate for S$ to RM may get lower. Let's see what happen after CNY.
