Malaysian racist Chinese are finding and escalating trouble and even politicizing the incident by calling Polis Diraja Malaysia as Polis Diraja UMNO, suggestive that it's because the KFC staff are Malays, they weren't arrested. Even in Singapore with SPF, I don't think anyone would be arrested in such an incident. No serious injury was caused and no weapon was used. Even taking the numbers involved into consideration, unlawful assembly or rioting won't stand too since there wasn't any premeditated unlawful intent. It was just a spontaneous incident sparkled out of Chinese arrogance and racism as customers against Malay staff. If there's any arrest to be made, the Chinese should be arrested for inciting racial disharmony.

Had it occured here, the whole bunch would be arrested and questioned by the SPF and referred to the ISD as it concerns a problem between races and hence of serious matter.
This is the main job of the ISD and that is why it is called the INTERNAL SECURITY DEPARTMENT, unless of course the ISD feels that it is beyond their duty.
If it was truly beyond their duty, I feel sorry, as there will be a time when they (the officers unsure of their priorities or beholden to some people in authority, will have to answer on a day which will dawn sooner if not later.)
For your information, this was clearly an act of rioting under Section 147 of the Indian Penal Code (practised in Singapore and Malaysia). The guys would have to be arrested irregardless of whether they are Chinese or Malays, unless off course the issue of Ketuanan Melayu is so strong. God Bless them for their stupidity if they think as such.
In this case the Malaysian Police have failed and will have to answer in time to come - after the elections 2013.The IGP better wake up as those "prttecting him" will soon have no protection as well. The same with the ISD here. Remember the Ton-Ton Macoute of Papa Doc Duvalier and General Fabian Ver of the Phillippines under MARCOS. Matter of time.

Chinese has been the most united race in the world through millennia in disapora. From which race can you find equivalents of so many Chinatowns and Chinese clan associations all over the world? The misgiving arises come when Chinese are in majority, PRC, ROC, HK, Singapore. That's the inherent burden of being majority.

To be honest this damn incident has been one of biasness. I have mentioned that if the situation were exactly the same but the races changed as in the customer was a malay and the staff being chinese and they all behaved exactly the same way the chinese staff would suddenly be at fault amongst the forummers here. When the Chinese are disunited, they scatter all over the world. Even Sinkies will not be able to connect with PRCs and the same with the Taiwanese. Clans are just convenient store to get jobs or lodging without getting lost ? At least, that was in the past. Now, things have changed.
Even Jet Li spoke evil of PRC's unjust treatment of his fellow men. Is that being loyal to be a quitter ? Just look at the cabinet ministers' children, where are they now ?
