You'll find many PRCs in Jurong (East and West) and Boon Lay. There's also a sizeable number of them in Sengkang (young couples) and the northwestern stretch of towns (Bukit Batok-Choa Chu Kang-Yew Tee-Marsiling). Cheaper rent.
