NSP got not bad results in Marine Parade and Mountbatten and Tampines. It's not surprising they naturally aim for East Coast next. But WP got even better results in East Coast and Joo Chiat, at least got NCMPs. I hope for a PAP-WP-NSP 3-corner next GE. Have a good showdown and settle the question once and for all.

Why you so worry? Next round, there will be more interesting candidates coming up. Of course, you can expect PAP spies and moles to mess things up, but you may be surprised at the new candidates who may suddenly pop up. The game has taken a life of its own, contrary to the people who believe they are the only puppet masters. The puppet is now alive and the audience are more temperamental and unpredictable than before in choosing the shows they want to watch, as the old man pointed out, but he created this current situation. It is of course not good, but if the audience has never had a chance to think what kind of show he or she wants to watch, you will have to accept the mess that follows. We just hope in dictating the show that they want, it still looks like a proper show and the show does go on.

If WP goes to have walkabout in Tampines, Marine Parade or Mountbatten, would they make noise? I don't really remember people making noise when WP insists of taking MK aka Jalan Besar from NSP as its traditional ground.

The truth is, WP and NSP have carried out walkabout activities all over Singapore for the past years. Well, to a lesser extend, NSP has avoided Aljunied, Hougang and even East Coast as much as it can in the past but WP has carried out intensive walkabout in all "NSP turfs", especially Jalan Besar right before announcement of boundary.

Actually, not really so. There are people who raise this point about why NSP went to East Coast GRC for walkabout. They are perceiving it as "territorial trespassing", not me.

In fact, NSP has given up its "territory" to WP but it was WP which didn't make full use of that opportunity, not NSP.
