help! how to get rid of beer belly?

I have seen people who drink like fish with flat tummy and the other half that have a beer belly. Anyone can explain this. I always found it puzzling.

This puzzles me too, I have a friend who is as thin as a rail, eats like a swine & drinks like a fish. But ordinary folks like us, one indulgent too many, we have a belly!.

2. that could also explain your metabolism rate too.
3. a beer belly could come from food intake and of course the lack of proper exercises.
