KNN appeal to fucking MIW for fuck?

STOMPer Choy is appealing for the authorities to let the flea market vendors at Sungei Road operate for longer hours on weekends. Currently, the vendors are apparently only allowed to do business from 1pm to 7pm, despite having half the flea market closed for MRT construction.
The STOMPer also thinks that the flea market can be promoted as a tourist attraction like Chatuchak Market in Bangkok.

"Since Jul 25, Pasar Lane and half of Pitt Street at the Sungei Road Free Hawking Zone was closed for the construction of an MRT line. Almost half the area was fenced off and as a result nearly 400 hawkers were squeezed into the NEA demarcated 336 lots of one metre wide on a first-come first-served basis.
"In the first few days there were heated arguments and fist-fighting and police were called in. Everyday at least 30 vendors were unable to secure lots and therefore unable to ply their trade and have no income.
"Almost all the vendors, men and women, are above 40 years old and they are only trying to make a decent living. Some of them have been there for twenty to thirty years or more.
"At least MCYS and CDC should be happy that these people want to be self-sustaining instead of seeking for public assistance.
"NEA only allows business to operate from 1.00pm to 7.00pm daily. This rule is at least a decade old. With the new difficult situation, NEA should be flexible enough to allow whole day activity starting from 8.00am on Sunday and Public Holiday. After all the area has almost no traffic flow on these days.
"I wish to make a fervent plea to MCYS. NEA and Singapore Tourist Promotion Board to jointly lend empathetic consideration to the old folks. They should help to promote this place like the Chatuchak Market in Bangkok.
"The Sungei Road flea market is such an interesting place where visitors from all over the world and locals come to promote RECYCLE, REUSE, and REPURPOSE. It is a worthwhile tourist attraction to keep."
