NSP Secretary General has on the popular Sammyboy Forum threatened to sue one "Tan Kim Kim" for defamation. It appears that "Tan Kim Kim" has accused Goh of committing adultry with a PRC woman. As of press time, we were unable to contact either Goh or "Tan" for any comment.

Nah. Charity is good in helping some people. Donating money to my party and making good in the development of Singapore's politics will do even more good to all Singaporeans. Not necessary morally lower than him.

I don't see anything wrong with that. Nobody should be encumbered from seeking legal recourse after being slandered just because he doesn't need the compensation, and anybody who's been awarded compensation can use it in any way as long as legally. In any case, Tan Kim Kim is an anonymous moniker and bears no credibility or identity. Stand up and back up his words with his name, then we shall see. GMS has two experienced and accomplished lawyers ready to act for him. That's not even counting CTL yet.

M. Ravi is an IMH patient. Sylvia has gone full-time law lecturing and given up her practice. CTL may like to but he's at best third in queue, even if he offers pro bono.

As for clearing his name, there's nothing to clear unless his accuser stands up to accuse. Nobody needs to clear any name just because anonymous slanderers say he's murderer, alduterer etc. The onus is on the accuser to stand up, identify himself, show evidence to back up his accusation.
