Best tip as a Singaporean to move on from heartbreak

General

Just got out of a devastating heartbreak with someone i thought i'd spend the rest of my life with. I feel like i might die from my broken heart.

Give me your best advice on how to move on. I've already cut the cord and let go of any hope but still feel sad about the break up because i had envisioned our entire life together. We didn't end on bad terms but this makes it harder to move on/not feel sad. I also have alot of guilt from feeling like its my fault that the relationship ended. For this, i'm heading back to therapy to "fix" myself so that i don't carry any baggage into my next relationship. So yes would love any tips apart from therapy since i'm already doing this!

"Singaporean" tip because idw my post to be removed and tips from other countries don't work for me (e.g. taking a day trip to a different city??? where am i supposed to go, JB?) - IT COULD BE ANYTHING. From picking up a new hobby or joining a new gym or just going to ECP to scream or stare into space. Or even social mixers (Is it worth it???) or joining a run club. Please nothing R21 like getting an fwb or getting drunk every night, been there done that feels like its too toxic for me because i'll feel worse after. I want to heal healthily from this. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Female, late 20s
