Bloody chinese must put pork and lard into everything and spoil the dish.

To be honest, pork lard would have been excellent toppings on mee rebus, mee soto and lontong. Too bad no hawker has the balls to sell them. :biggrin:
U forgot pork lard mee Siam...the sweet n sour with the fragrance n crunchiness of the pork lard....bagus siah
 
Nasi lemak with pork luncheon meat is actually quite sinfully nice
