More of SGH Singhelath group using police to confront and remove patient who is in hospital for treatment

I know what you mean.
I have encountered countless incidents.

Basically it is always.
They, the service provider, is always right.
The Patient, as the leeceiver is always wrong.
Yes! What u say is very true. Everything is the hospital n polyclinic are right.

One uncle patient told my female friend that his daughter wrote in to the hospital and polyclinic. Their QSM deny everything and then then ignore them. After that go to MOH n wrote also ignore until they had no choice finally found a way to resolve….

I'm not sure how many sinkies in sg has been beating healthcare workers to puppies as I do.

I don't beat them without evidence. My evidence can come in many different forms.
And I don't act aggressively nor commit any spur of moment act.

I will Lee think the case, with a flow chart in mind. And collect some evidence before i launches my deadly attack.
So far, security has not been called in before. I believe is becos they were scared as they knew it was their own errors, mistakes and laziness.

Not many dare to beat healthcare workers to a puppy especially when it’s some Chinese speaking uncle or auntie who are usually too afraid of speaking up n it’s very hard once they form all kinds of conclusions.

Most patients do not behave aggressively in the polyclinic and hospital settings but some bad healthcare workers will say the patients are bad and some of them don’t even dare to wear their name tag for fear of being complaint.

I tell u about my personal experience, not my female friend’s. I was at a polyclinic with a friend.

Then there were patients who had an appointment at 10am but at 1130am, they still haven’t see the doctor so one of them approached the counter to enquire why the wait so long despite the patient made an appointment for 10am and it’s now 1130am still haven’t see doctor

The counter got security guards to stand next to that patient n the patient ask loudly why the counter staff get security guards to stand next to him when he is just asking a valid question.

The patient ask the rest if they have appointment but still haven’t see doctors and then a group of 3 to 4 patients approach the counter n all say loudly they also have 10am n still have not seen the doctor

The security guards are so many patients immediately melt away

Sometimes they really see ppl and many patients were saying this polyclinic is quite infamous for long waiting time despite of having appointments

@ThomasEddy Please consolidate all your information before you post. I see multiple threads pertaining to your "concern" . Not that I do not have any empathy. It's just easier for people to read your case and it leaves a better impression. Thank you.
Hi, this is my friend’s stuff and not mine and because u all are lazy in the first place, you do not have the right to form whatever conclusions or summary u want based on what u see for my friend.

If you want people to leave a gd impression on you a healthcare worker as well, from the start you didn’t because u were one of those who started calling me a retard in another post first and concluding my friend or myself have mental illness because all patients who complain are abusive, threaten and have mental health illness so u all can walk off and be protected and use it on the next patient

Of cos bad healthcare workers like yourself are so entitled. It’s minority like u that paints the bad name for the majority of the gd ones in healthcare.

About this waiting time thing, it has always been a problem with hospitals and polyclinics.
1.5hr to me is already considered average.
There were a few times I waited 3hr+ and I couldn't endure anymore and went to beat them to puppy, asking them why you want to sabo people.

They also see people one to use security officer to stand near the patients. The worst I have seen is some staff yell at at an uncle n he go to back to counter to beat them to Mynahs

The staff chit chat and ignores for a while him until he say loudly why are all of u chatting and ignoring patients and they got security to go after him after going after another patient 1 hour ago cos he suay, the unlucky one. Really one kind one.

The bad healthcare staff be behaving like that and a lot of patients all watching and complaining the staff yell at them first n so they yell back n come one bravo complain them, they run to their managers or head of dept to wack patients back.

To me if I see any workplace like that also cmi with this kind of ppl. Don’t know why their people can be so protective of them

NHG polyclinic is much better than what you have described.
Problem lies mostly with nuhs.

I think singhealth has a bigger problem.
Eg sgh does not give priority to sickly elderly in the a&e whereas nuhs does.
Becos sgh is the most crowded a&e in sg. Try to avoid at all cost.

Snec which is also singhealth also has a big problem.

Nuhs have issues? We heard NUH is pretty gd.

Most elderly patients tell us SKH is the worst of the lot especially SKH ward services and SKH doctors don’t explain things at all. Maybe SGH A&E have alot of sickly elderly?

Most sinkies think thatbsgh has the best loctors, so leegardless of age, sgh is always crowded at all times.
So it is you die your business.
Other hospitals have their off peaks at certain time, like 3-5am sometimes is almost no patient.

I have no experience with skh.

I see. SKH is one of the worst. If you want to see security officers going after various patients, it’s so common at SKH A&E and some SKH clinics until my other friends decides not to let their parents go there alone n in one group go there. Likely too many patients complain, the easiest laziness way is to use security and quite common.
