CGH outpatient clinic overcharging patient by forcing patient to see Senior Consultant

I am not the patient. I do know a patient who is treated very badly by SGH and CGH which is under the the SingHealth group.

Prior that, the same patient was denied treatment at the SingHealth polyclinics as well and had all his specialist appointments to SGH and CGH cancelled out of no reason

This patient was made to see a Senior doctor aka a senior consultant at CGH which the Senior consultant overcharged the patient over $600 without explaining to the patient about his medical treatment and even further bully the patient by planting a security officer in the consultation
