Why are there Muslim laws and even ancient Chinese laws requiring women to dress and behave in modesty in public? It's not to protect women. It's to protect men from temptation of women. Even pre-war western women dressed and behaved in modesty. Parents wouldn't even allow their children fiance and fiancee to sleep together before marriage. Post-war women's lib movement was aptly called, liberalisation indeed. To free women to be more liberal, with low cuts, high hems, whatever.
Without cultural restriction and education, women have natural instincts to look as attractive as possible to all men (whereas men have natural instincts to look as powerful as possible to all men and women). The euphemism nowadays is "confidence". Women want to look "confident" means they want to be sexually attractive to men. That's what expensive and teasingly revealing clothings, cosmetics, plastic surgeries and breast enhancements are for. Why do they want to be sexually attractive without wanting to get f*cked? That's still a mystery to men.

In SuperFreakonomics, we write about the field work that Sudhir conducted with street prostitutes in Chicago. There is a lot to be said about the findings of the research (mostly concerning prices and services) as well as methodology, the historical changes and context of street prostitution, and even how the prostitutes engage in what economists call price discrimination, or charging different prices for the same product.
A mystery ?
Women are manipulative creatures. First, they entice. Then they manipulate. It's as simple as that.
And who says they want to be sexually attractive without wanting to get f*cked ? They don't want to get f*cked by anyone. They pick their 'victims'.
Even if they have no wish to f*ck a particular man, that does not mean they will reject the man's pursuit. A man's pursuit adds value to the woman, and it a continual confirmation that she is still attractive. In the midst of the courtship she will continue to manipulate you, and depends on her mood she may or may not sleep with you.
Sex is not the keyword; manipulation is. And because manipulation is the keyword, the ability to 'control' the man is crucial. The word 'control' then gives birth to another word, 'possess'.
At the end of the day, it's all about 'power over man'. Sex is only a tool, if not, the most effective tool.
Your head is filled with Idiot-ology. You are probably mid 30s no girlfriend. Do you go to New creation church as well?
