Depends. From a religious (Catholic) vp, both are committing adultery.
From vp of household harmony and peace, the answer is clearcut.

But in reality, it is not so simple. To certain people, sex is not abt fuck, pay up and forget. It's abt a relationship. Ever get real intimacy and not faked orgasms from a whore? If you dont care two hoots for that, by all means, fuck n forget. Some couples desire more out of just a fuck; that's when things become tricky. They want to possess for exclusive use. Even if you begin with something commercial, if you like something, chances are you want to keep having it, for yrself only. Then either you quit and say enough is enough; or you perpetuate it and face the music later.

Yes, you don't need to own a cow if you want to drink milk. Just buy it from the farmer or directly from the cow. Dun ever think that cows are stupid. One day if you are sick of milk or if they cannot produce milk anymore and you want to get rid of the cows that you own, they might kick your ass or follow you home and mess up your place.

Buying milk from the farmer or directly from the cow is not a sin or a crime. Its everyday economics where the willing parties involved are just trying to meet each other's needs. Pay the money, drink the milk and everyone goes home happy.

What is dispicable is when you try to con the farmer or the cow in giving you free milk by promising to pay them in kind by say getting them to star in the next hollywood movie. That's low, real low.......

Why are there Muslim laws and even ancient Chinese laws requiring women to dress and behave in modesty in public? It's not to protect women. It's to protect men from temptation of women. Even pre-war western women dressed and behaved in modesty. Parents wouldn't even allow their children fiance and fiancee to sleep together before marriage. Well said about the liberalisation part. As a consequence of this, more "free" sex is happening now. Causing the drop in price for prostitution. Why would anyone pay for something that they can get it free nowadays?

I cast no stone against anyone. For I've sinned too. I just voice my opinion. I can't punish neither Jack Neo nor Foyce Le nor whomsoever also involved even if I think there's anything wrong. If there's something morally wrong, they face their god. If there's something criminally wrong, they their their judge. Me is just practising freedom of expression of opinion.
