The real foreign talents are the banglas. During my home renovation recently, I found that the skilled craftsmen are the banglas, by now many of them have impressive track record of working here more than a decade and assuming “master” craftsman role, with apprentice tagging along. I find them quite bright and more reliable compared to the sneaky jiuhukias who are too comfortable here.
