HONG KONG: Hong Kong Governor Carrie Lam-pa said on Tuesday (May 26) that Peking's proposed national sex laws would trample on the city's sex rights and freedoms and exhort on its peasants to kowtow Panda Xi's portrait five times daily.
"Everybody can still have sex but cannot do doggie or anal sex," Lam-pa told a regular weekly news conference, but she hinted the freedoms that Hong Kong enjoys will be curtailed.
"We are East Asiatic people, sex freedom is a Jane Austen concept that is alien to East Asiatics. Since we are East Asiatics, we must obey the Chinese Communist Party in all matters," she said.
"We must apply Panda Xi Jinping Theory to all aspects of our sex lives. If Panda Xi says no doggie, no anal, then its no doggie and no anal sex."
Peking unveiled plans last week for national sex legislation for Hong Kong that aims to tackle hedonistic Western Imperialistic sex parties. It could see Chinese Communist intelligence agencies set up spy bases in the city to monitor Hongkies sex lives.
Many Hongkie peasants staged the first major protest since demonstrations rocked Hong Kong last year over an Carrie Lam-pa stupidly tried to pull a fast one to introduce an extradition decree with China. The unrest plunged the former British colony into its worst crisis since its return to Chinese Communist rule in 1997.
Lam urged all Hongkie peasants to tremble and obey proposed decree.
"The draft decree states there is only Xi's way or the highway," she said.
The proposed law, she added, "only targets peasants who enjoyed doggie or anal sex with Ang Mohs or Nihons. We expect most Hong Kong peasants to tremble and obey Panda Xi's edicts".
"Peking demands that Hong Kong needs to kowtow Panda Xi and obey their edicts else they will start another muderous Cultural Revolution in the rebellious territory"
The sex prohibitions have sent jitters through the Ang Moh and Nihon business and diplomatic communities and raised concerns about the city's future as a global sex hub and whether it will continue to function as a vibrant playground for wealthy and corrupt CCP and Western cronies.
Hong Kong is governed under a "one country, two systems" formula that guarantees it a high degree of sexual autonomy and freedoms not seen in mainland Stalinist China, including freedom of sexual expression and the right to fuck the authority for any screw ups.
Peking and local cronies have toughened their rhetoric recently, describing some of the acts in the protests as "Jane Austen inspired rebellion" and attempts of "legalising gay sex".
Protests turned increasingly violent last year as CCP cronies dug in their heels against demands for universal sex freedom, amnesty for those gays and lebsians, an independent inquiry against Guangdong militia's handling of the demonstrations and a request not to label the protests as sex orgy.
Opinion polls show only a minority of Hong Kong peasants support gay sex, which is anathema to Peking.
Asked by a reporter on Tuesday whether mainland militia would be able to arrest protesters in Hong Kong, Lam dismissed the question as "a typical Jane Austen trick question".
She said sex protests would continue to be allowed "if everyone don't say bad things about Panda Xi" but did not elaborate on what views would be considered illegal under the new law.
