7.Traffic To Singapore : Yes , the congestion is bad but bearable because a lot of them still willing to do so. It might be better in 6 years time or worst. Everyone is aware. Please reconsider your option to move to JB is this is your main concern beside the safety reason. The smooth traffic idea up to date:-
If you enter SG at 6.15am .
If you leave SG before 5.30pm or after 9pm.
Just hope that RTS link will be completed in 2018 and everything will be better off and also the new Checkpoint from Puteri Harbour will be all in line soon. Hoping it will be a successful Nusajaya for those who invested there. By the time, if you really want to invest there, it will be too late, price is even higher.

To avoid jam at woodlands causeway towards SG, what are the timings we should avoid? You mentioned before 6.30am... But after what time is good from your experience?

I dunno if it is a one-off but one weekday, my father-in-law left his Molek house at 730 am and cleared woodlands custom at 820am! I was pretty amazed........haha

I see, thanks for your advice.
The issue is the drawings in S&P never specify +/- 2% tolerance for dimension, only indicated that developer is liable to compensate certain amount per square foot if below size etc. So I have to determine whether the difference in area is significant before proceed to next course of action.

I recall a similar clause in my s&p. The tolerance is not in the drawings. It is stated as a condition for claiming against the developer. You might want to read yours carefully.

Just checked the S&P, clause 12 is regarding the area of the lot.
"Lot size is believed to be correct but not guaranteed, if there are differences, purchase price is to be calculated and adjusted accordingly".
I will clarify with the developer whether lot area is referring to land area or built up area or both.
