Pinoy surrendered to Spain, then to USA, then to Japan, then rescued back to civilisation by USA. They're worse at warring and battling than India, Indonesia and Malaysia combined. PRC should just invade them and ask what the fuck USA is going to do about it. Want some free fish import?

The China-Vietnam War was actually a joke. Vietnam couldn't have beaten off US without China support and supply (but to be fair, from USSR too). The whole affair got blown over to Cambodia and Vietnam got too ambitious and started talking tough with China after a historically glorious victory over US. The China-Vietnam border tensed up and by that time, USSR didn't gave a damn if these two historic brothers wanted to fight among themselves or kill themselves since China had turned face with USSR. Then Vietnam talked louder and China invaded, all the way to the gates of Hanoi within two weeks, something US couldn't do in ten years. Vietnam sued for peace, China accepted and retreated. Basically, the terms were something like brothers among brothers, some quarrels, let's forget it. Today, one from either side can still cross China-Vietnam checkpoints without visas, even without passports. Those seeking visas and passports stamping are runroad foreigners on visa runs.

China just take mah. Why so nice to them. It used to be a part of China in the past. Maybe it was considered as a burden when they were running low on fund and manpower to police the place permanently.

North Vietnam is actually Vietnam which is different from the south which was previously called Champa.

Your statement "All their weapons are copied." is wrong. The Chinese developed crossbows and used explosives in a variety of ways in warfare long before all of/most other cultures did. The Chinese only lost wars at points when their dynasties were their weakest or when it had no strong leadership. How many wars have outsiders won against China when it was ruled with a firm hand?

The Chinese should just sink the Pinoy ship. The Pinoys are shite warriors. If they cannot even handle one MILF, how are they going to take on a huge military like China's? The US would not dare to do anything. They have got enough crap (Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, North Korea, and domestic problems) on their plate already. They would not want to stretch themselves beyond their limits.

Agree, crossbow with STANDARDIZED bronze triggers were already discovered in Qin dynasty tombs. Zhuge nu (repeating crossbow) was used much later and even tested on Mythbusters. Not only incendiary/flaming spears (fire lance) but even then ancient missiles and multiple rocket launchers were already invented by them.
