It is hard for a normal person to fathom the mind of a deranged person bent on murder.
What went through his mind when he decided to hack another person ? Was it anger ? Was it hate ? Was it pleasure ?

The deranged person would not know or care, but his fucked up parents should have noticed his behaviour and taken some action.
The killer is 16 years old and presumably living with his parents. It's not as if he was 61 years old and living alone with nobody to monitor him.
I'm sure many out there have murderous thoughts, they just don't act them out.
