After my horrible experience with agent auntie carly, I acknowledge that smoking and lying to your clients and is a greater sin than offering your body.
I ever meet an agent whom use other's license to deal with me.
After know there is a problem, I highlight the incident to the seller this agent representing.
She say I am not ethical, I told her we can publish this event to the newspaper and let the world decide.
She keep apologising, and tell me it will destroy her.
And that is why I kick her out; is to protect her from the seller whom really wanted to get her into the trouble.
That is why I always say; to be successful you need a good accountant and a good lawyer.
A good agent is not necessary.

Excellent sharing sir. It is really easy money when times are good. Heard a lot of $100K a year for the full-timers in 2011-13 and they don't bird u during the new launches because they also went to tick a few choice units themselves.

The discounting lends credence to the forecasts made by some property analysts that private residential prices may fall by between 10 and 15 per cent over the next two years.
There are a range of issues feeding into this narrative, from both the supply and demand sides of the equation.
