These r the last few houses to be completed i suppose.
just went there yesterday n phase 5 does looks nicer compared to earlier phases n they cordoned off the garden infront of ph 5 houses which does look big but hopefully they design the landscape well so that we can have a good view.Not too muddy as it is dry.
The phase 5 houses look nice so hopefully the owners really maintain the area to give it a more upmarket feel....

I am curious on this and wish to ask. I find that the landed property in NS is of strata status. How come for the 1st and 2nd phase, the landed can paint any colour they like and some even have extended balcony, etc? I also have a unit in NS, I find this very unsightly for a strata status freehold property. In HH, do they allow that too? I thought they cannot alter the colour scheme as they wish? Anyone can comment?

Nusa Idahman looks more landscape while NS seems to have not vested much in that n Nusa Indah no comments as not looked into it much.

Recently I hear more comparisons of Nusa Sentral to Nusa Idaman and Nusa Indah - what do you guys think about the pro and cons and Pricing? I think is the longer run - all should about the same? Maybe even approaching HH?

yup, but on a practical side, land-bank for NS does not have much space for land-scaping... unlike NI which has a lot more land for beautification purpose.... but hope that the developer will still do something..... let's keep our fingers crossed
strata? i am not aware of this; do you mean that as a G&G, the surrounding even the roads are deemed private? most G&Gs have individual titles, but also comes with a DMC (Deed of Mutual Covenant) which states the "cans and cannots" within the vicinity. unless this is Mont Kiara and the likes, most DMC would not define this restriction of colour scheme.... have not seen the DMC for nusa sentral yet, so just take my comments with a pinch of salt
