Like him or hate him, LKY did say many thing that are harsh truth which not many people dared to say. One of the most truthful remains the fact that Sinkies are daft.
So far we have not been proving him wrong. Instead we have Sinkies pawning Sinkies, we have worthless Sinkies queueing up and fighting for Hello Kitty dolls, we have Sinkies to keep voting PAP back in power term after term, knowing full well that life is going to get worse term after term.
Wake up Sinkies! Listen objectively to what LKY's criticisms before you wish for his death. His death won't make Sinkies less daft, in fact it would make them more daft because now you have stupid Sinkies who would vote PAP back in power the next term simply because of sympathy factor.
Don't curse LKY to death, he don't deserve to be treated as such. Look at the mirror and ask how have we fallen to this sorry state? Did we not hand the absolute mandate to PAP to implement all those Anti-Sinkie policies term after term? Were we not ignorant enough to overlook the fact that with way more PAP seats in Parliament than Opposition, they can do ANYTHING THEY DAMM WELL PLEASED?

In reality, the nation have been providing welfare state benefits (juz because of one party rule system) to

leeches aka papees wasting nation's time and resources and etc every single second of the Mother Earth's day. By some unfortunate default, we as a nation have to put food on table and tonnes of $$$ for these
leeches...
The country needs the government (employees of the public) to work for the country.
Can these leeches aka papees become self reliant? Get a job and be prepared to work hard
