with yacock still around, the flooding in orchard rd will rise too. increasing the road level is no answer to the flooding. all those waters need to be drained off but is not draining efficiency probably due to default construction of the marina barrage. pap is slow to admit the mistake. for if they do, it would prove that they are not worth their million$. their only alternative is to divert attention and create another image that the problem is elsewhere like choked drains. b4 all these happened, yacock still could boast that "there shall be no flooding in orchard rd....." then heaven proved him wrong by flooding orchard 3x. what a joke!

PUB is suppose to be a stat board servicing sgp. why are they being privatised and rise utilitity bills like nobody's business? how can they be allowed to be run as a profitable organisation answerable to shareholders? in fact, why are there so many monopoly of business suchs as mrt, bus, taxis, hospital and etc be run as a "profitable businesses" with lack of prices control and profiteering malpractices??
