IMHO, I believe a crowded place is ong... :-)
If one prefer a quiet place...then can always choose Pasir Gudang...ummm...Masai area? :-)
Cheaper also, except for developments like SC and NWG.

depend on the type of crowd. is geylang an ong area?
To be honest, I think the Sutera Utama and Mt Austin crowd seem ok. Young & quite well to do.

Great news! I believe the long delay may also due to Ikano being 'less than generous', in speeding up the process.....hehe....Great news to share with those who bought properties in Tebrau: I have confirmed with w the soil investigation guys at e IKEA site that IKEA contracted them to conduct e soil investigation. They r already in 2nd phase of e investigation n at e site there r at least three rigs.
