Going for average 1250psf.....
2 Br type from 790k to 1.05kk
Absd 7% (SC buying 2nd property) + stamp duty 3%: total 10%. Before you even live in the place. The government has already taken 100k from you, assuming you bought the condo at 1kk

Not sure about what the dual key means though....

dual key means 2 units fused into one. Sort of like the '90s HDB jumbo flats (2 x 3-rm flats combined into one unit).
