Seems like the recent launchers are strategically timed to not to overlap with each other.. Kinda feel like the buying interest is tapering off.. Especially with the lowered forecast of the Singapore property scene.

I will give this a miss. Still prefer freehold in Malaysia.

starting PSF 600!!!! (resale in East ledang 450 onwards)

Super expensive..... better buy resale nearby. Land is only 99 + 30 but this is zoned medini, no RGPT or foreigner restriction but price point is super crazy

At these prices, maybe buying nearby freehold houses and paying RGPT is still more worthwhile. But then again, this project is backed by governments and prices are set by a government-linked company, so the signal is clear: property prices will continue to appreciate. If the 30 years lease is confirmed and already paid for by the developer, the leasehold status is not a major concern.

Nusajaya is supported and flooded by Sing Dollars. Sing dollars can perform miracles. I will not be surprised when Nusajaya prices double that of KL in a decade.

First come first book basis (no balloting). Only a section of terrace open for booking. All corners taken. Endlot mostly taken left 2 or 3. Intermediate did not sell a single unit. Below expectation....in fact poor result...for first day.
