okay, so you have reserved the Sky Gardens... If you are talking about accessibility, why not Sky Loft since it also has all the convenience? My wild guess is perhaps Bukit Indah area is not as nicely landscape as ST?

Congrats bro DOA, that's moving out of Nusajaya totally! Which phase of ST you are buying. Actually there's one thing I see in ST, the REAL DEMAND as most of the ST are occupied by local for own stay thus the community there is super strong!

start from 580k, I personally like the layout of Type A (check the Guest Room).

and the number of endlot and corner are very rare in the Greens, hence the premium. However, if endlot is at 700k and corner is 800k, I felt corner is more worth it with the bigger build up (2600sqft) and the huge land beside... Endlot layout is the same as intermediate except more windows...

I know Gateway certainly do not have Panic button, not sure about Golf. The Hills have it. None of the development in HH has intercom except the condo (According to SA). I know some dev has it which is quite a secure method to keep the resident safe.
