Phase 7 also almost completed but no news yet. Since UEM is paying us 'rental' at market rate of RM5xxx/month, for me, I don't mind getting that rental for another few months.

Ph8- Understand that water is already installed and is still waiting for electricity. VP letter should be around 1st half of April.

They are building the Phase 4B bungalows really really fast now, already called for 4th progressive payment in just 9+ months after launching in late May last year.
