PAP Times won't print this as their Chinese master doesn't like to be implicated. PAP sell millions of sinkees out, so why not a single American life? Only if the US government intervenes will the PAP government respond and take action.

Maybe the parents should get their senator and congressman involved and get this into congressional hearings. Wah lau ...the PAP will panic ...they will then have to choose between the US or China.

“he hated the way IME was run and the way top management treated people.”

Most people from developed countries feel this way about local management. That's why they don't stay long.

So, our research institutes have to spend tens of millions to provide scholarships (undergraduate to post-Phd) at top universities overseas and citizenships to students from China, Malaysia and India. It is a fantastic deal ...all fees paid, a decent monthly stipend and one trip home annually. After completion of studies, they need to work in one of the institutes for 5 years. That's it. Of course, they are required to take up citizenship after they complete their first degree.

How many of these new citizens remain after completing their bonds? Nobody knows as the PAP never releases such data.

A congressional panel can force the IME director, Dim-Lee Kwong, an American to testify. That would rock the boat in the PAP camp.

Can't trust the PAP ...they would sell out one party to another party for some gain.

The Todds received an email from Detective Khaldun in January. He told them that a coroner’s inquest into Shane’s death would be held in March and asked if they wanted to provide any witnesses. He also asked them for the names of Shane’s neighbours – seven months after his death, police wanted to interview them – and he requested a piece of evidence. He wanted them to hand over the hard drive they had found.

Looks like the perpetrators and the people who are supposed to do the cover-up goofed big time.

If you must know, the USA, UK and France already know about Sinkieland being used by Ah Tiong Land to harvest ideas and secret high tech for PRC industries. In return very high senior officials in Ah Tiong land award contracts and preferential treatment to LEEgime.

you got it wrong.

american invented a powerful radar system while doing research for IME and HUAWEI.

he wants to get out of the project because he felt his national security was compromised.

someone stop him from returning to US to stop the technology from landing to US Military.

Now you know why LKY's grandkids take the surname of 'Li' instead of 'Lee'.

Even Bruce Lee had more dignity than that.

Shane Todd's girlfriend found him hanging in his Singaporean apartment six months ago, a sudden tragedy that local police deemed a suicide. But six months later, Todd's girlfriend, family and the FBI are still wondering what exactly happened. Todd had just put in his last day as an employee of IME, a Singaporean government research institute, where he had been working on a high-powered amplifier with commercial and "huge" military uses. The amplifier was being co-developed with the Chinese telecom giant Huawei. Todd's parents say their son was increasingly uncomfortable at his job and "said there were things he had done that could get him in trouble with the US government." The Singaporean investigation is still ongoing. But after analyzing Todd's backup hard drive and commissioning a review of the autopsy report, Todd's family now believes he was murdered. Suspicious clues include suicide notes that praised the employer he allegedly hated, bruises on his hands, and evidence that his hard drive had been accessed after his death. There's nothing conclusive in the Financial Times's deep investigation, but it's a strange story that raises some very scary questions.
