Pap was started with good intentions. But somehow it has lost its way. The purpose of opposition is to make sure pap gets back on the tracks with good intentions. Like the WP co driver analogy. So you cannot always whack PAP without reasons.

Singapore has come to a stage that we need to change ruling party in order to progress because the rot in PAP is just too serious to be corrected just merely by having "co-driver". To give a better analogy, when your driver is drunk, you do not just be the co-driver trying to slap the driver but instead, you should take over the driving yourself else you risk crashing the car eventually and put all the passengers' lives in danger.

Whatever I have whacked, are all of good reasoning. It is not my job to praise PAP but my job to point out the flaws in their policies and ultimately, build towards replacing them with a new ruling party or coalition if they are just too screwed up. That is my job. Whether PAP gets back on the track or not, it is their problem, not my problem. My problem is to defend the interests of Singaporeans.

We are not that far away from the viable GE 2015/2016 windows. The Opposition efforts have so far lacked focus. We should paint some bulls-eyes so that we can focus our efforts. Also while we might not have "pan-Opposition" unity, I think we can all agree that for the good of Singapore, these three should follow in the footsteps of Mah Bow Tan and Raymond Lim.
