Portugual is the only one attracting decent attention for the Portugal-Ivory Coast match.

For Slovakia vs NZ, punters quite hesitant leh. The Germany-OZ thumping is obviously inspiration to bet Slovakia. However then again, England-USA draw cost people money. Being the first match of the night, the amount put down so far is way below other first matches.

For the Brazil-NK match, the odds are so poor many are asking why even bother to put $ down.

If you want to get some good odds going contrarian, Portgual-Ivory Coast offers the best opportunities.

Ivory Coast captain Didier Drogba will decide if he has recovered sufficiently from a fractured elbow to play against Portugal in their World Cup Group G opener on Tuesday.

Ivory Coast boss Sven-Goran Eriksson admitted he had no idea if Drogba, who is still recovering from the injury sustained in a June 4 warm-up match, would be ready to play but was sure his top marksman would feature in other group stage matches. "I don't know - honestly, I really don't know," the Swede said when asked if Drogba was likely to play in Port Elizabeth. "Probably we'll take the decision a couple of hours before the game.

He had a very good practice session yesterday and hopefully will be okay, but the only one who can make that decision is Didier." Dressed in multiple layers, Drogba took the field for training at a chilly Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium late on Monday as team staff met with match officials to see if he would be given the green light to play with a cast on his arm.

I didn't. I don't gamble or punt. However, a neighbour placed S$10 on North Korea at odds of 1:15. It's very and unfairly low odds I think, but better than nothing. He punts for fun only anyway. A seafood dinner treat is forthcoming for me if North Korea wins. If Brazil wins, the treat would only be a coffeeshop dinner. :( That's the fun of it. He owes me (and some of us) a dinner treat anyway. That's a fun way to decide what's the treat.

just wake up tired from watching all matches..i can see that most bros prediction and analysis here are all not bad quite high standard..even the the prediction on paraguay upset is consider a win cause the betting is on italy to win half and one goal....i think today will be punters day with slovakia/portugal/brazil winning its a matter of how many goals will be score.
